Last week was a pretty cool League week for Forza, where i personally had some good fun on the Ghosted R group. For this week, Forza has put together a very interesting combination of leagues for us to compete in.
The Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale is what players usually refer to as a Leaderboard car and some times as a cheat car, because it is so dominant. It is a very fast car, that handles pretty well, and a favorite in Rivals and multiplayer lobbies.
For this league though, it is locked to stock configuration and this might be a good challenge for even the ones who love using it already. A very interesting league to keep an eye on and see how it will go
For this league, Forza has picked the Ultimate Sport Machines division in A Class. Divisions are groups of cars that somehow can be grouped into one. Even though this division has 34 cars, it only has 13 cars in A class. You can tune them though, so you could pick one of the other cars and upgrade it. This is a Ghost league, that has collisions off. Other cars won’t be able to hit you
70s Grand Prix
Our featured league for this week, is the 70s Grand prix endurance series. If you have been following us for a little while, you must know that i don’t really like the openwheelers. These ones though are different. First of all, they are in R class (not X or P class). Even though they may seem and sound intimidating, these 70s Grand Prix cars may just be the easiest R class car to drive! They have lots of power, extremely grippy, and all in all very comfortable to drive!
There are 3 cars in this group. Niki Laudas Ferrari 312 T2, Mario Andrettis Lotus 77 and James Hunts McLaren M23. These are beautiful cars, that often are what F1 fans look back to and miss. The Mclaren featured a very special yellow visor, that feel both comforting and distraction at the same time, when using cockpit view.
Don’t miss out on this league as it is going to be good fun and very interesting racing!
