I’ve had the pleasure to arrange a running series of races through FACR, based off our DiceChallenge idea. We’ve tried several setups, either letting racers tune their own tune to the exact PI value, racing stock cars withing a PI range from the Dice Challenge numbers and even racing Spec cars, tuned to the exact PI value.

Last time, we had the pleasure of racing cars tuned by Tank000001. He had been so kind as to tune 3 cars, so we raced them all on different tracks. We raced the Chevrolet Camaro Z28,  Alfa Romeo Giulia GZ2 and GMC Vandura G1500. Check out the tunes and give them a try. The Camaro sepecially felt pretty good, the GMC not too much.

Even through the GMC did not handle too well, and had a tendency to lift one side instead of over steering, it was great fun, and we mostly all enjoyed running them. It can’t get more entertaining than that… That was until we had finished racing and Tank000001 suggested a fun race with the best tune he had ever made. That sounded promising, so we gave it a try.

I’d like to describe it, but i can’t. You’ll have to try it to understand. Take a look at the video bellow to get an idea of how it handles. Also, please let us know if you decide to make a little YouTube Clip, run a race or make something great with this. I’m sure you’re going to have a blast!

About The Author

I've been hooked on racing games, ever since the Burnout series back in the late 90s and after going through some painful years trying to learn the F1 series games, i am now hooked on Forza. I am not the fastest on the track, and not a fanatic, but i enjoy sim racing a lot, and try to get better and faster.
