It’s the weekend, and on top of just about everything being slightly more relaxed and fun, we also get the new leagues on Forza 6 for the following week. Check them out, and do give them a try during the next couple of days.
Spec League with BAC
Spec leagues force all drivers to race the same car. No updates, tunes or differences. This time around, it is up to you to drive the A class BAC mono better than the other drivers. A very interesting challenging and exciting league to try
This league has slightly longer races than the other leagues. Also it features a forced quick stop. You’ll have to pick a car from the Historic American Muscle division, that features 31 cars, one of which is DLC (the Holden Monaro GTS). If you like deep sounds, loads of power and soft suspensions, this is a really cool league
Ghosted Grand Tourers
Ghost leagues sound scary, but are the safest leagues to join. Collisions are turned off, so cars can’t hit each other. This changes the game completely, as you won’t get hit by others (and can’t hit them) but you won’t be able to block either (or need to pass others) – you just drive through them.
It’s not really racing, but a very good place to practice and compare where and how others drive. For this week, you’ll need to drive an S class Ultimate Grand Tourer. There are 7 of these in stock, and 4 in A class, but you can tune them any way you want as long as they are in S class. There are 2 DLC cars. Both of these are Porsches and one of them is the awesome 911 GT3 RS 4,0. If you don’t have the Porsche DLC, this might be a good time to buy it. Of all the DLC for Forza 6, the Porsche pack is the one you should not miss out on!
